Once completed, you have the choice to suscribe to the newsletter* by checking the box « suscribe to our newsletter » as well as checking the box « create an account » which will allow you to be informed about promotions, new arrivals and any other information concerning the site that we deem useful to transmit to you.
4- In the « delivery » section, if the information concerning the address or recipient is different from that entered in the « invoicing » section, complete the new information required for delivery
5- Choose the desired delivery method (Chronopost, Colissimo or collect in stores)
6- Select one of our two secure payment methods: credit car or paypal. Then check the box « I have read and accept the terms and conditions » then click on the button « order ». To finalize your payment follow the instructions of our banking security system SystemPay if you are paying by credit card or Paypal’s instructions.

You have the choice between two secure payment methods: credit card or paypal.
For any order on the island of Saint-Martin/Sint-Maarten: cash is accepted, if you come to collect your order in store or if you go through the delivery services of Caribbean is Paradise.

Once your payment is complete, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. If you do not receive it, contact us immediately at: [email protected]

Once your payment has been validated, you can no longer modify your order.

The refund will be made automatically within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.


If your order has already been processed and shipped by our team, no cancellation or refund is possible.

We ship internationally, however some products may be prohibited from delivery or subject to restrictions in your country (ex. alcoholis prohibited in the USA and Canada). Please check with custums and / or competent authorities before ordering.

You can choice between 3 delivery methods:
– Colissimo without signature
– Colissimo with signature (your package is automatically insured)
– Chronopost (express delivery)

Taxes may be applied and vary depending on the value of the product, the type of product and / or the country of destination.
Shipping costs vary depending ont the delivery method and option chosen as well as depending on the weight of your package.

Delivery times a vary depending on the delivery method:
– 7 to 15 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) via Colissimo
– 4 to 7 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) via Chronopost

Please note that these deadlines are in no way the responsibility of Caribbean is Paradise and may be exteded in the case of a health crisis, strike and other force majeure

All your orders are recorded by a tracking number which allows you to follow the delivery steps of your order.

If your order has not yet been processed and shipped by our team, it is possible to modify the delivery address, even after payment and validation of the order by contacting us immediately at the following address: [email protected]

In case of an error in one or more products in your order, send us your complaint and the necessary information to [email protected]

– your first and last name
– the name and code of the products received
– the products pictures if possible

Before accepting your package, check its condition in presence of the deliveryman. Also, it is preferable to open your package in the presence of the same delivery person to see together the condition of your products and immediately report the information.

If you have taken « Colissimo with signature option » your package is automatically insured. You will therefore be reimbursed as soon as possible. Find more information in the « returns and refunds » section.

A temporary password will be sent to you by email. Do not forget to change this password by logging into your « my account » space.
By Facebook or Google: click on « my account », go to the top right of the home page and then on the Facebook or Google button. If you are already connected with them on your browser, the account creation will be done automatically otherwise, you will have to connect to one or the other.

Your account allows you to have access to the historly of your orders, you will be informed in preview of the arrvial of new items and you will receive our promotional offers.

Once logged in, go directly to the page: https://caribbeanisparadise.com/compte/edit-account or at the top right on « my account », then « account details ». You will be able to modify your email and password if necessary.

Click on « my account », at the top right of the home page the « forgot password » then fill in the fild with either your « login » or your « email ». A temporary password will be sent to you by email. Do not forget to change this password by logging into your « my account » space.

With each new connection, we ask you to accept the « GDRP », we inform you of your right to access, delete and modify your data, we ensure the security and confidentiality of the data and we held and set a maximum date retention date.

The return of a product, also called the right of withdrawal must be made within 14 days of receipt of the order. In cases of the order relates to several items delivered separately, the period starts from receipt of the last product. Return the items within the above period, in their original packaging, complete, new. Please, be informed that some products are not subject to the right of withdrawal

After receipt and verification of all the returned items, we undertake to reimburse you as soon as possible. Any refund will be made through the payment method you uded for the order. You will only pay the direct costs of returning the items.
